This activity offers three levels of difficulty: basic, intermediate, and advanced. Each level incorporates different types of texts for close reading.
Participants start with word exercises and background discussions to build a deeper understanding of the content. They then extract key information from the articles through evidence-based reading, connect it with their prior knowledge, and express their perspectives through speech or writing.
The primary goal is to strengthen participants’ skills in reading, speaking, presentation, and writing.
Culture and STEM
The program features engaging explanations of fascinating concepts to spark participants’ curiosity across various fields of knowledge.
It incorporates hands-on activities and artistic visuals to help compile and summarize information, covering a wide range of topics, including mathematics, science, history, and art.
Gastronomy & Movie Time
Each day, participants will visit a popular restaurant in Shine Hills to enjoy a variety of delicious cuisines, including Yunnan specialties, Xibei dishes, Pizza Hut, or even Haidilao hotpot!
After lunch, they will watch an original English movie—a perfect way to unwind while enhancing their listening skills!
