Our board is composed of individuals who are deeply involved in the community, passionate about the program, and committed to guiding the library toward continuous improvement.
The board includes representatives from member parents, volunteer school teachers, volunteer parents, founders and volunteers, ensuring a diverse range of perspectives and a strong foundation for decision-making.

Nathalie Min Lin

Dr. Lin, with a doctorate in comparative literature from Sorbonne University in France, has been teaching and leading at the French Department of Capital Normal University for over ten years. She is also the mother of two students who actively participate in our library activities.
Kevin Rossall

Mr. Rossall began his educational journey at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London, where he earned both a BA (Hons) and a PGCE in Drama, Applied Theatre, and Education. He spent the first decade of his career at a prestigious UK college, developing his teaching, leadership, and expertise in student support and safeguarding. His passion for safeguarding led him to Egypt, where he served for six years as Deputy Head (Student Welfare) and Designated Safeguarding Lead. Currently, Mr. Rossall is the Deputy Head Teacher (Wellbeing) and DSL at Dulwich College Beijing, where he is dedicated to fostering a nurturing, inclusive environment that empowers students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Remi grew up in Madrid and she worked as a Spanish teacher at a local Chinese school in Madrid, supporting Chinese children in their community integration. Driven by her love for China and a sense of purpose in helping others, she joined Our Town Library after she finished her college education and returned to China.

Hi! I’m Brian, student at PA Andover. Almost every week I read and have fun with the kids at the library (now I do this online), and that is the happiest part of my week. Seeing smiles on their faces, I feel very good about the work I’ve done at the library. I love the library.

Hi, I’m Steven Wu. I joined OurTown Library in 2022 during high school at DCB, and now, as an NUS undergraduate, I continue to volunteer weekly.
I moved to Singapore when I was 8, speaking only Chinese. I know what it’s like to feel lost and voiceless. That experience drives me to help children like myself gain newfound confidence and fluency in English.
